One Student’s Perspective

July 19, 2017

"Greetings to you all,

My name is Mercy Wambui and I will tell a little about Compassionate Social Care (CSC).  It is an organization that nourishes children;  spiritually, mentally and physically and in Christ’s love.  It gives support to orphans,  the sick and the street children.  Through CSC we get education, medication, food and shelter, and we have a school “Point of Grace Academy”.  The organization gives and restores hope for those children who have lost hope in life.  It gives a home for the homeless children and shows love and care to all.  When we get support from CSC we have no worries since we have Mom Lorna Meeker and Pastor Dennis Meeker; our dad who gives us a home to stay and live.  They show us love and care just like parents do to their children.  They never give up in caring for us.  Like me, I have always been supported since 2008 while in grade one up to 2017 in grade ten.

CSC is a home, a parent and family for each and every one of us.

Much gratitute to our sponsors, Mom Lorna and Dad Meeker and all of the CSC support staff.  May Almighty God bless all of you!”
